三黄凝胶联合红蓝光外治Ⅱ、Ⅲ级痤疮的疗效观察

To Observe the Effect of Sanhuang Gel Combined with Red and Blue Light in Treatment of Ⅱ and Ⅲ Acne

目的观察三黄凝胶联合红蓝光照射治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法将2016年1月-2017年3月甘肃中医药大学附属医院收治的102例Ⅱ、Ⅲ级痤疮患者按1∶1∶1配对,采用随机数字生成器分三黄凝胶组、红蓝光组、联合组3组,治疗4周后以炎症皮损治疗前后减少率评价疗效。结果三黄凝胶组、红蓝光组和联合组有效率分别为72.73%、64.52%和94.12%,疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);3组治疗前后临床症状评分差异有统计学意义(P≤0.001)。结论三黄凝胶联合红蓝光治疗痤疮疗效卓著,优于单一疗法,且不良反应少,复发率低。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Sanhuang gel combined with red and blue light in the treatment of acne.Methods One hundred and two cases of grade II and III acne patients in Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of TCM from January 2016 to March 2017 according to the random number generator using 1：1：1 pairing, divided Sanhuang gel group, red and blue light group and combined group. The reduced rate of curative effect of pre- and post-therapy for inflammatory lesions was evaluated after 4 weeks of treatment.Results There were significant differences in the curative effect of Chinese medicine group, red blue light group and combined group（P〈0.001）, the effective rate of treatment were 72.73%, 64.52% and 94.12%; the difference of clinical symptom scores before and after treatment in the three groups was obvious（P≤0.001）.Conclusion The curative effect of Sanhuang gel combined with red and blue light is better than single therapy, and has less adverse reaction and low recurrence rate.
