结节性硬化病并发视网膜星形细胞错构瘤多模式影像检查一例 被引量：3

摘要 患者男，27岁。因视力下降1周来我院就诊。既往有癫痫病史，目前药物控制。右肾肿瘤切除手术后1年余，病理检查结果提示错构瘤。颅脑CT检查，双侧侧脑室旁、右侧小脑半球多发钙化，左侧侧脑室前角占位性病变。颜面部多个血管纤维瘤及耳后纤维斑块（图1）。双侧多根指甲根部纤维瘤。
