Weill-Marchesani综合征一例

摘要患儿女，15岁。因双眼视力逐渐下降4年、加重伴眼胀1个月余于2016年10月11日来我院就诊。全身检查，身高140cm、体重40kg，手指短粗，智力正常；心、肺、腹检查未见明显异常。既往无眼病史和相关家族史；父母系近亲结婚。
