苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物对PA66/PPO/SEBS体系的增容作用研究 被引量:6

摘要 用悬浮聚合的方法合成了不同分子量和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)含量的苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物(SG),研究它们对PA66/PPO/SEBS体系的影响。发现相同分子量的情况下,增容效果随着GMA含量增加而提高,但是GMA含量3%即有良好的增容效果,尼龙66(PA66)/聚苯醚(PPO)/氢化丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)的冲击强度是未添加体系的2倍,虽然添加5%GMA的含量SG对体系相态细化和稳定有帮助,但是对宏观的性能影响只是略好于3%;小分子量的SG对细化PPO分散相有很好的效果,同时在冲击强度上也有较大提升。 Styrene-glycidyl methacrylate copolymer (SG) with different molecular weight and glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) contents was synthesized by suspension polymerization method, and their effects on nylon 66 (PA66)/polyphenylene oxide (PPO)/hydrogenated styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer (SEBS) system were studied. In the case of the same molecular weight, the compatibilization effect increases with the increase of GMA contents, when the GMA content is 3% , the impact strength of PA66/ PPO/SEBS is 2 times of that of the non-additive system. Although the addition of SG wuth 5% GMA is helpful to the system dispersed phase refinement and stability, but the impact on the macro performance is only slightly better than 3% ; the small molecular weight of SG on the refinement of PPO dispersed phase has a very good effect, while the impact strength is also greaterly improved.
