摘要 采用机械共混法制备玻璃钢(GFRP)粉/聚苯乙烯(PS)粉复合粉料,借助于选择性激光烧结技术,在激光功率和单层厚度一定的情况下,研究预热温度、扫描速度和扫描间距对玻璃钢(GFRP)/聚苯乙烯(PS)复合粉料烧结件拉伸强度的影响,并对工艺参数进行优化。结果表明,在这三个因素中对拉伸强度影响最大的是扫描速度、其次是扫描间距、最后是预热温度。最佳工艺参数为预热温度85℃、扫描速度1 100 mm/s、扫描间距0.28 mm,此时的拉伸强度为3.21 MPa。复合粉料在不同工艺条件下制成的烧结件,拉伸强度相差较大,热稳定性相差不大,但对烧结件的微观形貌影响明显。 Glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP) powder/polystyrene (PS) powder composite powder was prepared by mechanical blending. With the help of selective laser sintering technology, the preheating temperature and scanning speed were studied under the conditions of laser power and single layer thickness. And the scanning interval on the tensile strength of glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP)/polystyrene (PS) composite powder sintered parts were optimized and the process parameters were optimized. The results show that the maximum effect of tensile strength on the three factors is the scanning speed, followed by the scanning interval, and finally the preheating temperature. The optimum process parameters are as follows: preheating temperature conditions, of 85 ℃, the tensile scanning speed of 1 100 mm/s, scanning interval of 0. 28 mm. Under these strength reaches 3.21 MPa. The tensile strength of the composite powder has large difference under different technological conditions and the thermal stability has little difference, but the microstructure of the sintered part is obvious.
