Structure and Properties Characterization of PBT/PLA/Compatibilizer Blend System

摘要 以聚丙烯共聚物接枝马来酸酐(PP-g-MAH)、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物接枝马来酸酐(EVA-g-MAH)和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物接枝马来酸酐(ABS-g-MAH)为增容剂,采用熔融共混法制备了不同组成比例的聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)与聚乳酸(PLA)共混物,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、热失重分析仪(TG)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)等多种手段测试了共混物,详细研究PBT/PLA质量比、增容剂种类和用量对共混物结构与性能的影响。结果表明,共混物PBT/PLA为不相容体系,质量比为90/10时混合相对均匀;选择共混物PBT/PLA质量比为70/30时加入3种增容剂,发现增容剂对PBT/PLA共混物的增容效果中EVA-g-MAH优于PP-gMAH和ABS-g-MAH,且EVA-g-MAH含量为5%时共混物的相容性较好,对共混物的结晶行为影响显著。 Poly(butylene terephthalate) /poly(lactic acid) (PBT/PLA) blends were prepared by melt blending with maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene (PP-g-MAH), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer grafted malefic anhydride (EVA-g-MAH) and maleinized acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS-g-MAH) as compatibilizers. The structure and properties of the blends were characterized by scanning electron microscopy ( SEM), differential scanning calorimeter ( DSC ), thermogravimetric analysis (TG) and X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD). The effect of PBT/PLA mass ratio, the varieties and amount of the compatibilizers on the structure and properties of the blends were studied in detail. The results show that the PBT/PLA blend is incompatible, but PBT/PLA blend is relatively uniform with the weight ratio of PBT/PLA of 90/10. When three kinds of compatibilizers are respectively added into the PBT/PLA (70/30) blend, the compatibility effect of EVA-g-MAH is better than that of PP-g-MAH and ABS-g-MAH. And when the content of EVA-g-MAH is 5%, the compatibility of the blend is the best, and the crystallization behavior of the blend is significant.
