摘要
通过熔融共混法制备聚乳酸(PLA)/马来酸酐接枝高密度聚乙烯(HDPE-g-MAH)共混体系,并采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、热台偏光显微镜(POM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和旋转流变仪分别研究了HDPE-g-MAH含量对共混体系的热性能、结晶性能、相态结构和流变性能的影响。结果表明,随着HDPE-g-MAH含量的增加,PLA/HDPE-g-MAH共混体系的熔融温度提高,冷结晶温度不断升高,结晶度有所下降,PLA球晶数量先减少后增加,共混后体系出现明显的"海-岛"结构,共混体系的流变性能得到改善,复数黏度和储能模量提高,损耗因子降低。
Poly (lacticacid) (PLA) was blended with maleie anhydride-grafted high-density polyethylene (HDPE-g-MAH) via a melt blending method. The thermal, crystallization, morphology, and rheological properties of the PLA/HDPE-g-MAH blend were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), polarized optical microscope ( POM ), scanning electron microscope ( SEM ) and rotational rheometer. The results suggest that the temperatures of melting and cold crystallization increase slightly, the relative crystallinity of PLA slightly decreases and the number of PLA spherulites also decreases with the increasing of HDPE-g-MAH contents. Sea-island structure (two phases ) could be observed in the PLA/ HDPE-g-MAH blend. The rheological results show the melt elasticity of the blend is improved with the addition of HDPE-g-MAH contents.
