摘要
为了进一步鉴定白背毛木耳新品种"漳耳43-28"的丰产性、适应性、抗逆性等方面表现,为该菌株的示范推广提供参考依据。在漳州3个主产地进行连续3年的示范栽培,以当地主栽菌株"43-26"为对照(CK),观察、测定供试菌株的菌丝生长情况、污染率、耳片形态特征、产量,并分析不同供试菌株的主要营养成分和功能氨基酸含量。"漳耳43-28"菌丝生长势强,洁白,浓密,菌丝生长速度比对照提高20.43%。商品性状好,耳片厚、大,绒毛多,晒干后绒毛更白。"漳耳43-28"菌株抗性明显优于对照,污染率比对照降低13.58%。平均单袋干耳产量比对照提高22.26%,增产达极显著水平。与CK相比,"漳耳43-28"子实体的蛋白质、粗脂肪和粗灰分含量提高,还原糖、蔗糖、粗纤维含量降低。"漳耳43-28"氨基酸总量、必需氨基酸含量、鲜味氨基酸含量分别比对照提高6.48%、4.94%、9.59%。"漳耳43-28"各方面表现优良,值得进一步示范推广。
In order to identify the fertility, adaptability and resistance of new variety Zhanger 43-28 of A uricularia polytricha, and provide a reference for the demonstration and extension of the strain, in zhangzhou three leading producer for three consec- utive years of cultivation, taking local strain 43-26 as a control (CK), the hypha growth strains, pollution rate, ear piece of mor- phological characteristics, production, and the main nutritional components of different strains and functional amino acid content were observated and determined. The mycelium growth of Zhanger 43-28 was strong, white and dense, and mycelium growth rate increased by 20.43% compared with control. The product had the advantage of good characters, thick ears, large, hairy, white hair after drying. The resistance of Zhanger 43-28 was significantly better than that of control, and the pollution rate de- creased by 13.58%. The average single-bag dry ear yield was 22.26% higher than the control, and the yield was significantly higher. Compared with CK, the protein, crude fat and crude ash content of Zhanger 43-28 fruiting body were increased, and the content of raw sugar, sucrose and crude fiber were decreased. The total content of amino acids, essential amino acid content and amino acid content were increased by 6.48%, 4.94% and 9.59%, respectively. The Zhanger 43-28 has excellent performance in all respects and is worthy of further demonstration and promotion.
