摘要
为了检测采集于聊城市郑家镇的球形平菇(Pleurotus ostreatus)样品是否感染病毒,提取样品总RNA,构建小RNA文库并对其进行高通量测序,然后利用生物信息学方法寻找其中的病毒序列。结果证明球形平菇样品中未携带病毒,说明这种球形症状的产生不是由于病毒侵染所导致的。
To identify virus in spherical Pleurotus ostreatus samples collected in Zhengjia town of Liaocheng city, we extracted the total RNA of the sample, constructed a small RNA library and made a high-throughput sequence, and then used the bioin- formatics methods to search for the virus sequence. The results showed that no virus genomic information was detected in col- lected mushroom samples, which suggested that the symptom was not caused by viral infection.
