基于投入要素的中国制造业省域空间溢出效应:测度与实证

Measurement and Empirical Study of Spatial Spillover Effects of Chinese Manufacturing Industry Based on Input Factors

在C-D生产函数的基础上设计了中国制造业投入要素空间溢出效应模型。通过对制造业空间溢出效应模型的估计和分析发现,在金融危机发生期间的2008-2010年,存在明显的资本溢出效应和员工技能溢出效应;在后金融危机时代的2011-2012年间,资本的空间溢出效应明显。本文在相关研究的基础上设计了新的空间溢出效应的分解与测度方法,通过对空间溢出效应的分解测算发现,中国制造业的空间溢出效应主要体现为具有直接相邻关系的区域间的溢出——即相邻溢出效应,迂回溢出效应以及更复杂路径的溢出效应相对较弱。论文最后在总结结论的基础上针对中国制造业的发展提出几点政策启示。

The paper designed a model of spatial spillover effects for China＇s manufacturing industry based on C-D production function. By estimating and analyzing the spatial spillover manufacturing model, it found that during the financial crisis of 2008-2010, there were spillover effects of assets and human capital, but the spatial spillover effects of other variables were not obvious excluding assets from 2011 to 2012. This paper designed a decomposition and measurement method of spatial spillover effect on the basis of relevant researches. By decomposition and measurement of spatial spillover effects, it found that spatial spillover effects of China＇s manufacturing industry mainly stayed between adjacent regions, while not obvious between no-directly adjacent regions. And the spillover effect of the manufacturing industry was from direct neighboring regions, indirect spillover as well as the spillover effect in more complex paths was relatively weak. Finally, we come to the conclusions and give some policy implications to the development of manufacturing industry in China.
