摘要
汽车金卤灯组件作为汽车金卤灯的核心部件,国内一直沿用电阻焊接的方式。而随着激光焊接技术的发展,其优越性越远越得到体现。为此,运用正交实验方法研究汽车金卤灯组件激光焊接工艺,并与传统电阻焊接工艺比较,验证汽车金卤灯组件激光焊接技术的可行性。攻克国外技术壁垒,提升产品质量,满足客户需求。
The electrode assembly functions as core part of the lamp is still mounted with resistant welding process. With the development and maturity of laser welding technology, it has been widely used in electronics indus- try, including lighting industry. The quality of laser welding of connecting various products shows unique advantage. Therefore, this article is targeting at all influences in manufacturing high pressure mercury lamp electrode. Deeply re- search the process of producing electrode by laser based on multi-factor orthogonal experiment. Meanwhile, manipu- late laser welding technology in producing Xenon automotive electrode assembly, break through tech barrier, meets the demand of overseas market.
