摘要
介绍了某核电站蒸汽冷凝水平衡槽液位测量仪表系统构成及工作原理,差压液位变送器的安装注意事项、迁移计算方法,并结合某核电站安装调试中出现的具体问题,对压差液位变送器的安装调试进行了分析与改进。在实际运行中,差压液位变送器测量稳定,调试维护方便。
This paper introduces the structure and working principle of a nuclear power plant steam condensate water balance tank level measurement instrument system, differential pressure liquid level transmitter installation con- siderations, calculation method of migration, and combined with the specific problems of a nuclear power plant installation and commissioning, installation of differential pressure liquid level transmitter test are analyzed and improved. In actual operation, the differential pressure level transmitter measurement stability, convenient debugging and maintenance.
