Since entering information age, the computer network technology is continuously developed, developed, and the network design process is very complicated. Combining with the need of computer network design, the apply function and theory of relation database technology in design, the paper makes an analysis on the specific design of software and hardware. At last, it discusses the implementation of storage and transformation functions, hopes that can improve the convenience of computer operation and stability, reliability of its actual motion.
