摘要 阳春牌滋补酒作为拥有国家卫生部批准的卫食健字号产品,其生产工艺为以优质景芝白干或芝麻香型白酒为酒基,配以山茱萸、百合、桂圆、桑葚、肉桂、枸杞等药材,生产而成。闪式提取技术可将植物细胞组织粉碎,使有效成分与溶剂充分接触,利用提取液的高速脉冲高效提取中药活性成分,提高药材中功能性成分的提取效率。以桑葚中的总花色苷为例,研究并确定其最佳闪式提取工艺。 Yangchun Tonic Wine, as a healthcare wine product approved by the Ministry of Health, is produced by medicinal materi- als including dogwood, lily, longan, mulberry, cinnamon and Chinese wolfoerry, with quality Jingzhi Baigan/Zhimaxiang Baijiu as the base liquor. The use of flash extraction could smash plant cells and achieve full access to solvent. The use of high-speed pulse extrac- tion could improve the extraction efficiency of functional ingredients in medicinal materials. In this paper, total anthocyanin in mul- berry was used as the example to explore its best flash extraction conditions.
