白酒上市公司竞争力水平分级评价研究 被引量:1

摘要 2014年起白酒行业进入深度战略转型期,面临更加复杂、多变的宏观形势:经济一体化加快、信息传播加速,消费者对产品需求趋于复杂与精细,产品生命周期缩短,拥有企业竞争能力对企业转型发挥着重要优势作用。白酒上市公司竞争水平决定企业的竞争行为、竞争地位及战略转型进程。通过改进传统DEA评价过程,分级对比评价15家白酒上市公司2014年和2015年竞争力水平,划分竞争力层次。结果表明,白酒上市公司竞争力有效性分级存在3级梯度,企业之间竞争水平变化较大,总体差异缩小。最后,依据结论提出提升竞争水平的建议。 Baijiu industry has entered the depth strategic transformation since 2014. The complex and versatile macro situations in- cluding accelerated economic integration, rapid spread of information & technology, complex consumers' demands, and shortened product life cycle bring more challenges to Baijiu enterprises. The competitiveness level plays an important role in enterprise transfor- mation. More than that, the competitiveness level of listed Baijiu enterprises would determine an enterprise's competition behaviors, its competition status and its strategic transformation process. In this paper, through the improvement of traditional DEA evaluation process, the competitiveness levels of 15 listed Baijiu enterprises in 2014 and in 2015 were evaluated and the competitiveness levels were classified into three grades. The results suggested that, the competitiveness levels of listed Baijiu enterprises fluctuated and the difference was narrowing. Finally, some advice on improving the competitiveness level were put forward.
