英、德、法、日四国校园足球后备人才培养特点分析 被引量:16

摘要 采用文献资料法、比较分析法等,对英、德、法、日四国校园足球后备人才培养的特性进行分析,以期对我国校园足球后备人才培养体系的建立和完善提供借鉴和参考。研究认为,这四国校园足球在普及阶段具有先进的发展理念、匹配的组织竞赛体系以及多元的经费来源渠道等;在选拔阶段,选拔方式灵活,具有完善的培训体系,重视文化学习等。我国发展校园足球过程中应借鉴四国经验,树立先进的发展理念,丰富组织形式和完善竞赛体系,普及与重点发展阶段加强衔接等。 By the methods of literature review, comparative analysis and son on, the article studies on characteristics of reserve talents for school soccer in Britain, Germany, France and Japan, aims to afford reference to the establishment and perfection of the training system of school soccer reserve talents in China. The research shows that those four states have advanced ideas, matching organization and competition systems, diversification of funding sources in popularization stage of school soccer; the flexible selection systems, complete training systems and pay attention to studying also exist in selection stage. In China, we should learn from them and establish advanced development idea, enrich the organization forms, complete the competition systems, and strengthen the linkage between the popularization stage and the priority stage during the training process.
