学科环境、部门学术质量与学者的产业参与行为 被引量:3

A study on relationship between discipline context,departmental academic quality and industry engagement

摘要 高校学者参与非商业化的产学合作形式是其科研成果服务社会的重要途径。研究了不同学科环境下部门学术质量对学者产业参与行为的跨层次影响,引入参与动机作为中介变量。通过对562份样本数据的跨层次分析发现:(1)在自然科学类学科,部门学术质量、参与动机的两个维度均对产业参与呈正向影响,参与动机对部门学术质量与产业参与关系起部分中介作用;(2)在人文社会类学科,部门学术质量对研究相关动机及产业参与呈倒U型关系:在低质量部门呈正相关关系,在高质量部门呈负相关关系;仅研究相关动机对部门学术质量和产业参与关系起部分中介作用。研究结论对提高高校成果转化效率有一定的实践意义。 Non - coramercial university - industry interactions are important ways of academic research achievements of university to serve the society. This paper analyzes the cross - level influence of departmental academic quality on industry engagement behavior of university scholars, by introducing engagement motivations of scholars as a mediator. The cross - level analysis of 562 samples shows that : ( 1 ) in natural science disciplines, departmental academic quality and the two dimensions of engagement motivation are significant positively related to industry engagement, engagement motivations have a partially mediating effect on the relationship between depart- mental academic quality and industry engagement; (2) in humanities and social science disciplines, departmental academic quality on- ly significantly influences research - related motivation and has inverted U - shaped relationships with research - related motivation and industry engagement: departmental academic quality is positively related to research - related motive and industry engagement in low - quality department while negatively in high - quality department; research - related motivation has a partially mediating effect on the re- lationship between departmental academic quality and industry engagement both in low - quality department and high - quality depart- ment. Conclusions of this paper make sense for the improvement of efficiency of university knowledge diffusion.
