摘要
基于产品质量改进思想构建了包含能源和绿色技术创新的经济增长模型,并利用1994-2014年中国35个工业行业面板数据,探讨了科技创新(狭义纯技术进步)、纯技术效率和规模效率三种不同技术进步路径对节能降耗、CO2减排的影响绩效,最后构建出“工业行业节能减排技术路径矩阵”。研究发现:技术进步能有效推动工业行业的节能降耗和CO2减排,但不同技术进步路径的节能降耗绩效和CO2减排绩效存在异质性,科技创新的节能降耗绩效最高,纯技术效率的CO_2减排绩效最高;技术进步促进节能降耗与CO2减排绩效存在非对称性,科技创新、规模效率的节能降耗绩效大于CO2减排绩效,纯技术效率的CO_2减排绩效大于节能降耗绩效;能源消费结构调整促进CO2减排绩效大于节能降耗绩效。
Based on the idea of product quality improvement, we construct the economic growth model including energy and green tech- nology innovation, and use Chinese 35 industry panel data from 1994 to 2014 to explore scientific and technological innovation, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of three different technological progress path on energy saving and CO2 emission reduction per- formance, and build " industrial energy saving and emission reduction technology Path matrix ". The research shows that technological progress can effectively promote the energy saving and CO2 emission reduction in the industry, but the energy saving performance and CO2 emission reduction performance of different technological progress paths are heterogeneous, and the energy saving performance of science and technology innovation is the highest ,the CO2emission reduction performance of pure technology efficient is highest. Tech- nological progress to promote energy saving and CO2 emission reduction effect there is asymmetry, technology progress and scale effi- ciency of energy saving performance is greater than CO2 emission reduction performance, and pure technical efficiency of CO2 emission reduction performance is greater than energy saving performance ,energy consumption structure adjustment to promote CO2 emission re- duction performance is greater than energy saving performance.
