摘要
[目的/意义]引入创新链理论,将产业竞争情报分析立足于创新活动的全过程,既兼顾技术创新和产业创新,又兼顾定性和定量分析,提出一种新的分析框架。[方法/过程]在该框架下将创新链的5个环节作为产业竞争情报分析的主要环节,然后明确了各环节的情报分析内容。最后在提出的分析框架下,以国内基因工程疫苗产业为例进行了分析框架应用研究。[结果/结论]分析结果表明,国内基因工程疫苗产业的基础研究成果数量多,整体影响力不大,应用研究成果有一定数量,但是转移转化为可生产产品数量较少,市场化和产业化不足,发展空间较大。应用案例表明提出的基于创新链的产业竞争情报分析框架可以更系统、全面地把握产业创新发展的全过程,以及更准确地把握产业竞争态势。
[ Purpose/significance] Based on the theory of innovation chain, this paper proposes a new analytical framework for industrial competitive intelligence analysis, which is established in the whole process of innovation activities, and takes into ac- count of both technical innovation and industrial innovation, as well as qualitative and quantitative analysis. [ Method/process ] In this framework, the five aspects of the innovation chain are chosen as the main steps of the industrial competitive intelligence analy- sis, and the analysis content in each step is defined. Finally, the paper takes Chinese genetically engineered vaccine industry as an example for application research. [ Result/conclusion] The results show that while the fundamental results of the industry are fruit- ful, they are not very influential. There are some application researches, however their transformations to actual application are less. With insufficient marketization and industrialization, the Chinese genetically engineered vaccine industry has large space for advancement. The case shows that analytical framework based on innovation chain for industrial competitive intelligence could systemat- ically and comprehensively grasp the whole process of industrial innovation development and the competitive situation of the industry.
