中美图书情报学领域国际学术论文影响力比较——基于被引频次和使用次数 被引量:19

A Comparative Analysis of the International Influence of Chinese and American Academic Papers in Library and Information Science: Based on Times Cited and Usage Count

摘要 [目的/意义]学术论文影响力的全面评价成为新的关注点。对比发现中美国际学术论文影响力的差异与不足,有助于提高我国在国际学术上的影响力。[方法/过程]文章基于被引频次和使用次数对SCI,SSCI收录的2012—2016年间的中美图书情报学领域所发表的学术论文的影响力进行比较研究。[结果 /结论]研究发现:(1)与美国相比,虽然我国学术论文发文量较低,但是在被引频次、最近180天的使用次数和2013年至今的使用次数所占比分布均优于美国。(2)两年后学术论文受众关注程度达到稳定状态。可以通过提高学术论文的学术质量和创新性来增加使用次数,提高学术论文的社会影响力。并指明我国图书情报学后续发展、论文的不足及未来的研究。 [ Purpose/significance ] The comprehensive evaluation of academic papers' influence has become a new top- ic. Comparing and discovering the differences of international influence of Chinese and American academic papers can help to im- prove China' s international academic papers' influence. [ Method/process ] Based on times cited and usage count, this paper compares the international influence of Chinese and American academic papers in Library and Information Science published from 2012 to 2016 and collected in SCI and SSCI. [ Result/conclusion] Firstly, compared with the America, the number of academic papers published in SCI and SSCI of our country is low. However, the proportions of distribution of times cited, usage count of the last 180 days and usage count since 2013 are better than the America. Secondly, the degree of the attention of academic papers rea- ches a stable state after 2 years. The number of usage count and social impact of academic papers can be increased by improving the academic quality and innovation. The paper also points out the development of Library and Information Science in our country, its deficiency, and future research.
