高校辅导员专业化建设的必要性与策略探讨

辅导员专业化的内涵表现为五个"具有":具有严格的任职条件;具有明确的职责范围;具有健全的考评机制;具有科学的发展体系;具有系统的专业知识。目前,高校辅导员队伍的现状与其专业化的要求还有较大的差距,辅导员专业化建设势在必行。教育主管部门及高校需要对辅导员这一岗位设立任职条件,确定专业身份,明确职责范围,健全考评机制,完善发展制度,提升专业素质。

There are five aspects on the content of the professionalization of the college instructors.They are the strict requirements of holding the post, the clear responsibility, the perfect appraisal mechanism, the reasonable development system, the systematic professional knowledge , etc. There is a big gap between the present situation of the college instructors and the professional requirements to this post. The construction of counselor specialization is imperative. The education authorities and colleges and uni- versities need to set up a system on the college instructors, such as the strict requirements of holding the post , identify professional identity, perfect appraisal mechanism, determine the development system, improve professional quality.
