妊娠滋养细胞疾病患者生育相关问题

妊娠滋养细胞疾病是一组来源于胎盘滋养细胞的疾病,包括良性葡萄胎、侵蚀性葡萄胎、绒毛膜癌、胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤和上皮样滋养细胞肿瘤。妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤是治疗效果最好的实体肿瘤之一,治疗后患者最关心的就是生育相关问题。本文就妊娠滋养细胞疾病患者生育相关问题予以综述。

Gestational trophoblastic disease is a series of diseases derived from trophoblast cells of placenta, includes benign hydatidifonn mole, invasive hydatidiform mole, choriocarcinoma, placental site trohoblastic tumor and epithelial trohoblastic tumor. Gestational trophoblastic neoplasia is the most curable solid tumor. The most concerns of patients with gestational trophoblastic neoplasia are reproductive related issues. This article will review the current issues related to the reproductive outcomes in patients with gestational trophoblastic disease.
