摘要 "现代学徒制"是当前国际职业教育界的一个热点,文章围绕上海市大众工业学校模具专业现代学徒制的试点,总结了该校培训中心在试点过程中对现代学徒成长的过程性评价的改革实践,创新评价体系,将学徒的自我评价融入过程性评价之中,学徒全程参与评价活动,逐步引导学徒客观地认识自我和评价自身能力,培养出深受企业欢迎的高技能高素质产业人才,有一定的推广性和复制性。 Modern apprenticeship is a hot topic in current international vocational education.The author concentrates on the pilot program of modern apprenticeship in the mould specialty of Dazhong Technical School, summarizes the evaluation system in growth process of modern apprentices in the pilot program by the training centre. The evaluation system is innovated and merged by self-evaluation of the modern apprentices into process evaluation. The apprentices participate in evaluation activities and are guided gradually to evaluate themselves objectively.This system could train a group of industry talents with high skills and high quality,and has a certain popularization and replication.
