“三软”中厚煤层沿空留巷技术应用

摘要 为解决32101工作面超前替棚作业带来了安全隐患,采用每间隔2棚补打1根伸缩梁配合2.4m坑木进行加强支护的方式对U型钢棚基本支护的结构补偿,并补打锚网索进行补强的联合支护方式进行沿空留巷,经巷道变形量监测及防漏风效果进行分析表明:沿空留巷能够充分适应顶板的下沉运动,保持巷道顶板稳定。 In order to solve the problem of 32101 working face in advance shed,the safety risks are the use of two sheds per interval to make up a telescopic beam with 2.4m timber to strengthen the support of the structure of U-shaped steel shed basic support of the structural compensation,and the reinforcement of the anchor mesh cable to carry out a strong joint support method to carry along the empty lane,The analysis of the deformation of roadway and the effect of preventing air leakage shows that the GOB roadway can fully adapt to the roof sinking movement and keep the roof stability.
