摘要 应用深孔预裂爆破技术预先弱化断层带岩石,能帮助采煤机渡过断层,但爆破施工中振动效应严重威胁了施工安全。通过对质点峰值振动速度安全判据以及我国采用的萨式公式分析讨论,在新巨龙煤矿2304S工作面FD8断层爆破巷进行了振动影响范围预测应用,根据现场实际炮孔布置,提出分组起爆方式,降低最大一次起爆药量,保证各区域起爆时对周围影响最小,同时加强薄弱地点防护措施,有效保护了邻近巷道安全。 The application of deep hole pre splitting blasting technology to weaken the fault zone rock in advance can help the Shearer to pass through the fault, but the vibration effect in blasting construction seriously threatens the construction safety. By comparing the peak value of vibration speed and safety criteria used in China, the formula of analysis and discussion, the influence of vibration range prediction applied in2304 S working face of coal mine blasting xinjulong fault FD8 lane, according to the actual operation of the blast hole arrangement, put forward packet initiation way, reduce the once detonation quantity and ensure the initiation of regional around the minimal impact, while strengthening the weak place of protective measures, the effective protection of the adjacent tunnel safety.
