保护层开采可行性分析及保护效果数值模拟研究

摘要 下保护层开采已成为解决突出煤层瓦斯问题的有效手段之一。针对山西某矿3号煤层瓦斯大问题,首先从理论上分析8号煤层做为保护层开采的可行性,其次,利用数值模拟软件,模拟保护层不同采高开采,即1.2m、2m和3m时,上覆岩层垂直应力、位移以及煤层的变形率和透气性变化情况,模拟结果表明,被保护层煤体变形率和透气性都有大幅度变化,保护效果明显,为该矿进一步实施保护层开采和瓦斯抽采提供基础数据。 The mining below protective seam had become one of the effective means to solve the problem of coal seam gas.Aiming at the problem of gas in the 3 # coal seam of Shanxi mine,the feasibility of mining 8 # coal seam as a protective layer was analyzed theoretically firstly. Secondly,the vertical stress, displacement, and deformation and permeability changes of the overlying strata were simulated when the protective layer mining height was 1.2 m, 2.0 m and 3.0 m by numerical simulation software. The simulation results showed the deformability and permeability of the protected layer had changed greatly. The protection effect was obvious and the basic data was provided for the further implementation of the mine protection layer mining and gas extraction.
