摘要
本文以激光熔覆技术为基础,阐述了激光熔覆技术在煤矿液压支架立柱再制造中的应用,再制造就是旧的机械设备发展趋势,经过再制造的产品无论是性能还是寿命均可以达到或超过新品。不仅能延长产品的使用寿命、提高产品技术性能,还有很高的社会和附加值。再制造以最低的成本、最少的能源和资源消耗来达到产品的"全寿命周期",是目前国家大力发展和扶持的产业。
