井底车场辅运斜巷设计方案优化比较

摘要 以山西兰花科创玉溪煤矿井底车场和3号煤层联络巷辅运斜巷为工程背景,分析原辅运斜巷设计的优缺点,采取类比的方法进行分析比较,在安全可靠、经济合理、技术可行的情况下,对辅运斜巷原设计方案进行优化,变辅运斜巷绕道为直线爬坡设计,降低了施工难度;减少了两辅运斜巷立体交岔和立交点的特殊支护;减少一次井下揭煤过程,减少钻场和钻孔工程量,提高了施工进度;节约了工期和投资。 taking Shanxi lanhuakechuang Yuxi coal mine 3# coal seam bottom and Crossheadings auxiliary transportation inclined tunnel as engineering background, analysis the advantages and disadvantages of raw and auxiliary transport inclined roadway design, adopt the method of analogy analysis and comparison, in a safe and economical and technical feasibility, the original design scheme of inclined roadway auxiliary transport optimized variable auxiliary transport inclined lane bypass for the design of linear ramp, reduce the difficulty of construction; reduce the two auxiliary transport inclined roadway crossing point and three-dimensional interchange special support; reduce an underground coal uncovering process, reduce drilling and drilling engineering quantity, improve the construction schedule; saving investment and construction period.
