21世纪海上丝绸之路：风能资源详查

Wind energy evaluation of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road

针对"21世纪海上丝绸之路"及其战略支点建设对能源的迫切需求,本文提出评估、开发海上风能资源,为海上风电、海水淡化等风能工程提供决策支持。基于来自欧洲中期天气预报中心(ECMWF)的ERA-Interim风场资料,综合考虑风能密度的大小、资源的可利用率、富集程度、稳定性、资源储量,对"21世纪海上丝绸之路"的风能气候特征展开系统性研究。结果表明:该海域蕴藏着较为丰富、利于"21世纪海上丝绸之路"建设的风能资源,其中优势区域为索马里海域、南海大风区、吕宋海峡,其次是马纳尔海、斯里兰卡东南部海域;上述区域在风能密度的大小、有效风速频率、能级频率、资源储量、变异系数等方面占优势,在风能密度的月变化指数、季节变化指数方面处于相对劣势。

Under the urgent need of resources during the construction of the 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road and its strategic point, this study evaluated offshore wind energy to provide references for wind power generation and seawater desalination. Data of ERA-Interim wind field from the European Center for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts were used to analyze the characteristics of wind energy of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road. The value size of wind power density ; available rate of wind energy ; and richness, stability, and storage of wind energy were consid- ered during the analysis. Results show that the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road is rich in wind energy, especially the Somalia waters, the traditional gale center of the South China Sea and the luzon strait, followed by the Mannar Sea and the southeast waters of Sri Lanka. The above regions are advantageous in the size of wind power density, effective wind speed occurrence, energy level occurrence, energy storage, and coefficient of variation. However, these regions are disadvantageous in terms of monthly variation index and seasonal variation index.
