川东红色旅游景区公示语英译与规范初探——以生态翻译学为视角

C-E Translation and Norms of Public Signs at Eastern-Sichuan-based Revolutionary Tourist Attractions from the Perspective of Eco-translatology

基于生态翻译学这一理论视角,分别从应用维度和政策维度对红色旅游景区公示语英译的规范化展开研究。生态翻译学的主要翻译观与核心理念能够提供较为系统的理论依据。关于应用维度,探讨译者如何从语言维、文化维及交际维进行适应以及转换。关于政策维度,除了"事前预防机制",还应构建景区公示语翻译"多元评价体系",包括健全的读者反馈机制及"序链式"译者素质评价机制,为译作及译者的"适者生存"提供现实依据,为翻译市场选用翻译人才奠定基础。同时,建立译者制约机制实现"他律",通过"汰弱强留"督促译者"自重"、"自律"与"自省"。

The current paper studies the translation of public signs at eastern-Sichuan-based revolutionary tourist attractions from the dimensions of theory,application and policy.Eco-translatology is chosen as the theoretical framework,whose core concepts and tenets can provide theoretical basis for the research of scenic signs translation.On the application aspect,translators can make adaptive transformation from the linguistic,cultural and communicative dimensions under the guidance of the ecological translation principle of "selective adaption and adaptive selection".On the policy aspect,in addition to the "pre-event prevention mechanism",the present research also proposes the establishment of "multiple evaluation system" for the translation of scenic signs,which consists of "reader feedback mechanism" and "translator quality evaluation mechanism",laying foundations for the selection of high-quality translation works and qualified translators.Meanwhile,"post-event penalty mechanism" should be established to urge translators to have discipline and introspection during and after the translation.
