基于善治视角的大学生公共精神培育

Cultivation of College Students' Common Spirit from the Perspective of Good Governance

善治是治理的理想目标与价值诉求,强调社会管理过程中公共利益的最大化,政府善治的实现需要公民公共精神的内在支撑。善治为大学生公共精神研究提供了一个崭新的视角,二者相互契合、共生发展。立足于善治和公共精神的内涵,厘清了二者的内在逻辑关系,分析了大学生公共精神缺失的现状,在此基础上对善治视角下大学生公共精神培育路径作了探讨。

Good Governance is the ideal goal and value claim of governing,which stresses the maximization of common interests in the process of society governing and the achievment of which needs the inner supports from the common spirit of citizens.The Good Governance provides a new perspective to the study of college students' common spirit and they are in accordance with each other and in symbiotic development.On the basis of their connotations,their inner logical relationship is made clear and the deficiency of the spirit is analyzed and then the ways to cultivation of the spirit are discussed.
