美国可汗学院由美籍孟加拉裔人萨尔·可汗在21世纪初创办,其独特的运作方式对美国基础教育以及世界各国教育发展产生深远而重大的影响。通过对可汗学院官方网站和采用文献综述法对可汗学院的运作方式进行研究,非营利性的学习平台、志愿者团队模式,视频作为教学资源、翻转式的学习方式和发展性的教学策略等主要五大运作方式。这些运作方式启示着我国的教育理念、教师角色和学习方式要不断更新,方能使教育充满生机。

American Khan Academy was founded by Sal Khan,who is an American Bengal descent in the early 21 st century.It has a significant impact on the current basic education in the United States and some other countries,such as South Africa,Peru,South Korea etc.In this paper,five modes of operation are summarized by researching the official website of Khan Academy and the literature review's method,which includes a non-profit learning platform,volunteer team model,video as teaching resources,flip-style learning and development of teaching strategies.These operation modes inspire that the education is full of vitality when our educational philosophy,the role of teachers and learning methods should be updated constantly.
