摘要
类胡萝卜素在动物生长、繁殖、抗氧化等过程中发挥重要作用。虾夷扇贝(Patinopecten yessoensis)新品种"海大金贝",其闭壳肌因富集类胡萝卜素而呈橘红色,具有较高的经济价值。为研究类胡萝卜素积累与"海大金贝"生长的关系,本研究对一个"海大金贝"群体在6个养殖时间点进行生长性状(壳高、壳长、壳宽、总重、软体重、闭壳肌重)测量和闭壳肌中类胡萝卜素浓度的测定,并对生长性状与闭壳肌中类胡萝卜素浓度的相关性进行了分析。研究显示,"海大金贝"养殖群体生长性状值与闭壳肌中类胡萝卜素浓度无明显相关性,但相邻取样时间点间生长性状值的增长率与闭壳肌类胡萝卜浓度的增长率呈高度正相关。其中,壳高、壳长、体重、软体重4个性状的增长率与类胡萝卜素浓度增长率呈极显著线性正相关(P<0.01),相关系数r分别为0.999 3、0.998 5、0.982 9和0.977 3;壳宽与闭壳肌重的增长率与闭壳肌中类胡萝卜素总浓度增长率呈显著正相关(P<0.05),相关系数r分别为0.947 1、0.885 3。研究结果表明,闭壳肌中类胡萝卜素积累可能对"海大金贝"的生长有促进作用。
Haida golden scallop is a new variety of Yesso scallop, which possesses orange adductor muscle due to its rich in carotenoids, and exhibits a growth advantage. To investigate the relationship between carotenoids accumulation and growth performance of Haida golden scallop, in this study, a total of 163 individuals from a culture population of Haida golden scallop were randomly selected at six time points. The carotenoids concentration in adductor muscle and the growth traits (shell height, shell length, shell width, total weight, soft body weight, and adductor muscle weight) of these scallops were measured. Further analysis showed that carotenoid concentration in the adductor muscle had low correlation with the growth traits examined. However, there was a significantly positive correlation between the increase rate of carotenoids content in adductor muscle and that of the growth traits (r 〉 0 8). The growth rate of shell height, shell length, total weight, and soft body weight showed highly significantly positive correlation (P〈0 01) with that of carotenoid concentration in adductor muscle, with Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.9993、0 9985、0.9829 and 0 9773, respectively. The growth rate of shell width and adductor muscle weight showed a significantly positive correlation (P〈0 05) with that of carotenoid concentration in adductor muscle, with Pearson correlation coefficient of 0 9471 and 0 .8853, respectively. These results suggested that carotenoids accumulation in adductor muscle may contribute to the growth promotion of Haida golden scallop.
