基于灰关联分析的高校校园安全评价方法及应用

CAMPUS SECURITY EVALUATION METHOD AND ITS APPLICATION BASED ON GREY RELATIONAL ANALYSIS

在高等教育快速发展的同时,日益凸显的校园安全问题引起社会各界尤其是教育界的极大关注。本文基于L高校校园安全现状,构建了包括5个一级指标、21个二级指标的两级校园安全评价指标体系,采用抽样问卷调查的方法,对各项评价指标进行赋值;基于灰关联分析方法,对两级指标灰色关联度及校园安全综合关联度进行了分析与探讨。研究表明:环境因素、事故处理因素2个一级指标以及师生自救互救能力、防盗防骗、学生处、校园监控、火灾爆炸事故处置5个二级指标均为校园安全薄弱环节;L高校校园安全现状等级为"中",师生满意度为一般。学校应大力加强安全投入,并制定相关安全防范措施,稳步提升校园安全水平。

In the rapid development of education,the growing awareness of campus security has aroused great concern from all walks of life,especially the education community. This paper is based on the current situation of campus security in L university campus,it has built a two-level campus safety evaluation index system including five primary indicators and twenty-one secondary indicators,using the method of sampling survey,assign values to each evaluation indexes; based on grey correlation analysis method,the grey relational degree of two-level indexes and the comprehensive correlative degree of campus security are analyzed and discussed. Research shows:The primary indicators of environmental factors,accident handling factors and the secondary indicators of the teachers and students of self-rescue and mutual-rescue、anti-theft and deception、students' affairs division、campus monitoring、disposal of fire and explosion are the weak links of campus safety; The status of campus security in L university campus is " medium",The satisfaction of teachers and students is general. The school should strengthen the safety investment,and formulate relevant safety precautions,improve steadily the safety level of campus.
