林可霉素降解菌LD25#菌株的分类鉴定及其降解特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 微生物降解是环境中有机污染物转化的重要途径之一,本实验室已分离出一株能够降解林可霉素的LD25#菌株。本文对菌株LD25#进行分类鉴定,并对菌株LD25#降解特性进行研究。生理生化鉴定试验和16S rDNA序列分析结果确定LD25#菌株为寡养单胞菌属,单因素试验及正交试验结果表明其降解废渣中林可霉素的最佳工艺参数为降解时间为12 d,培养温度为39℃,接种量为20%。该结果为今后林可霉素高效降解工程菌的构建、林可霉素药渣环保处理及资源化利用奠定基础。 Microbial degradation is one of the important ways to transform organic po i utants in the environment, and LD25# was one strain who can degrade lincomycin. In this paper, the identification and degradation characteristics of LD 25# strain was stiudied to i-dentify its species and optimize the degradation process parameters. The morphological observation, physiological and biochemical iden-tification and 16S rDNA sequence analysis of the strains revealed that 25# strain belonged to Stenotrophomonas sp. . The single-factor tests and orthogonal test results indicated that the optimal degradation conditions were that cultured at 39 C for 12 days by 20T inocu-lum size. This study can lay the foundation for the construction of lincomycin-dtreatment and resource utilization of lincomycin residue.
