摘要 呼吸机致病微生物污染是导致院内感染暴发的重要原因,其使用后的消毒管理极为重要。呼吸机使用后消毒管理主要关注呼吸机外置管路的消毒,对与患者呼吸回路直接相通的呼吸机内部气路系统的消毒研究涉及较少。呼吸机的气路位置特殊且包含有多种精密电磁元器件,常规消毒方法无法完成彻底消毒。对呼吸机内部气路系统的消毒既要考虑消毒效果的有效性,又要兼顾消毒过程对电磁元器件性能稳定性的影响。针对目前临床呼吸机内部气路系统消毒的现状,探讨呼吸机内部气路系统消毒的必要性和可行性,比较目前临床常用的消毒模式,提出利用过氧化氢蒸汽和臭氧作为呼吸机内部气路系统消毒剂的可行性,建立呼吸机内部气路系统有效和安全的消毒模式,加强对呼吸机内部气路系统消毒效果以及消毒过程对电磁元器件性能稳定性影响的检测。 ] Reports showed that contamination of pathogenic microorganisms in ventilator is an important cause of the outbreak of nosocomial infections, and disinfection management after ventilator was used has got more and more attention. While the current disinfection management of ventilator mainly focused on outer pneumatic system, and the disinfection of inner pneumatic system, which directly connected with patients’ breath circuit, gets less attention. The position of inner pneumatic system of ventilator is special, and it is located in the interior of ventilator and it has many precise electronic elements. Therefore, the conventional methods cannot achieve thorough disinfection. The disinfection of inner pneumatic system of ventilator not only should consider of the efficiency of disinfection effect but also should pay attention to the influence of disinfection process for stability of performance of components and parts of electromagnetism. This review aimed at the current situation about disinfection of the inner pneumatic system of ventilator, and investigated the necessity and feasibility of this kind of disinfection, and compared the currently common disinfection mode in clinical practice, and proposed the feasibility that hydrogen peroxide steam and ozone were used as sanitizer of inner pneumatic system of ventilator, and established effective and safe disinfection mode for the inner pneumatic system of ventilator, and strengthened the detection for the disinfection effect of inner pneumatic system of ventilator and for the influence of disinfecting process for performance stability of components and parts of electromagnetism.
