摘要 能效对标是推进企业节能减排的重要手段。但企业在对标自查及政府审查企业用能时,由于对标过程复杂、繁琐,需要投入大量的费用、时间和人员,效率较低,而且容易出现错误。为了辅助管理人员高效的完成企业对标,采用B/S结构,结合国家能效标准、My SQL数据库、Web技术,设计和开发了企业能效对标系统。系统包括企业对标、节能评估、对标统计、评估报告管理、后台管理等功能,从而实现了企业实际能效与国家标准的对比及评估报告的建立,政府对企业能效是否达到国家标准的审查。评估报告通过数字、条形图多样化展示,为企业管理提供依据,同时有利于企业节能减排项目的实施,对政府管理及审查也有推进作用。 Benchmarking for enterprise energy efficiency is an important means of promoting the enterprise energy conservation and emissions reduction. However, the process that the enterprise energy efficiency is censored expends too much time and labor cost for its Complexity, low efficiency and high probability of errors. In order to assist management personnel to complete the enterprise benchmarking efficiently, a benchmarking system of enterprise energy efficiency was designed and developed, based on B/S structure and the combination of national standards of energy efficiency, MySQL database and Web technology. The system possessed several functions, such as comparison of enterprise energy efficiency and standard, the query of national standard in the industry, building enterprise energy saving assessment report, management of energy saving assessment reports. The assessment report provided evaluation results with diversification of digital and graphics and helps enterprise on their energy management. It could be also referenced by government to evaluate enterprise energy conservation and emissions reduction.
