解构与重构:档案信息资源开发模式的后现代转型

档案是社会个体和机构建构自身合法化形象的工具，工具的两面性使得档案机构在借助档案信息资源开发建构主流机构的合法化形象时，社会边缘群体也通过对档案信息资源开发中的档案工作者的知识体系因素、价值导向、权力导向质疑现行的档案机构主导的档案信息资源开发模式的正当性。本文通过对档案信息资源开发的三个要素的解构：叙事多元性对开发客体的解构，价值导向性对开发过程的解构，权力多元主义对单一主体的解构，透析后现代背景下档案信息资源开发由档案机构主导的传统模式向社会化档案信息资源开发模式转型的过程，推动档案信息资源开发由中心范式向多元化范式的转型。

Archives is a tool for individuals and social institutions to construct their own legalized image. Based on the duality of the tools, while the archives use the archives information resources to develop and legalize the image of the mainstream institutions, those marginalized groups also questioned the legitimacy of archival information resource development mode led by archival agencies through knowledge system factors, value orientation and power orientation of archivists. Through the deconstruction of the three ele- ments of the development of archival information resources： the deconstruction of developmental object by narrative diversity, the deconstruction of value-oriented development process, the deconstruetion of single subject by Pluralism of power, this article analysis the transformation from the traditional mode dominated by archives institutions to the development mode of socialized archives information resources under the background of modern postmodern, in order to push the development of archives Information resources from a central paradigm to a diversified paradigm.
