社会记忆视野下数字档案资源建设的多元化路径探析

数字档案资源建设是数字时代维护整体社会记忆的重要基础。从新公共管理理论及国内外档案信息资源管理实践的角度看，数字档案资源建设存在政府公共模式、企业市场模式和非营利性组织公益模式三种路径。通过考察国内“城市记忆”工程及近年来部分省市开展的“乡村记忆”项目，并结合西方国家开展的有代表性的“社会记忆”工程．本文系统剖析了公共档案部门、民间档案馆等不同档案机构及相关社会组织开展数字档案资源库建设的路径模式．重点梳理各模式档案的收集和数字档案资源建设现状，进而总结了数字档案资源建设多元化路径的合作化趋势导向，并就这一趋势对我国档案部门构建数字档案资源提出建议。

Digital Archival Resources Development （DARD） is an important basis to preserve the whole social memory. From the point of New Public Management （NPM） theory and archival practice in the world, there are three kinds of modes of DARD： （1） government-dominant public mode; （2） enterprises-dominant market mode; （3） social public welfare mode. Based on the investigations of the various social memory projects, such asUrban Memory and Village Memory in China and American memoryfrom the Library of Congress, firstly, the authors explore the multiple pathstoDARD practice between the public archives and private archives, then identify archival collection and present situation of the three modes, and summarize the trend of the cooperation in DARD , and lastly put forward the policy suggestions about how to construct the multiple paths to DARD in China.
