证据·记忆·遗产:我国破产企业档案管理组织模式研究

破产企业档案对维护公民合法权益、构建企业记忆、传承工业精神具有不可替代的作用。为解决我国破产企业档案管理处置方式不足的缺憾．主要从宏观角度以理论支撑提出我国破产企业档案管理三层次组织模型，即以档案价值理论为指导建立以城市为单元的工商档案管理中心，以社会记忆理论为依据构建破产企业记忆，以文化遗产保护理论为根据探索企业文化遗产的存在形式，并佐以相应的案例实证分析。

Bankruptcy business archives plays an irreplaceable role in safeguarding the legitimate rights of citizens, building the memory of enterprises and inheriting the spirit of industry.In order to solve the de- fect of the archives management disposal methods of bankrupt enterprises in our country, mainly from the macro point of view, puts forward the three level organization model of bankruptcy business archives man- agement ,that is under the guidance of the theory of archival value, industrial and commercial archives management center based on the city is set up,based on the theory of social memory, the memory of bankrupt husiness is constructed,based on the theory of cultural heritage protection, the existing form of enterprise cultural heritage is explored,and take the corresponding case analysis.
