摘要 分析认为,护炉成本包括钛球成本、燃耗成本、生铁质量成本、产量成本及损失辅助设施成本,通过提高块矿配加比例、焦丁入炉比例、技术操作水平及综合管理水平等措施,在保证炉况稳定顺行的基础上,各项技术经济指标不断改善,平均燃料比516.9 kg/t,平均焦比353.2 kg/t,平均日产3 012.5 t/d,实现了低成本护炉生产。 Analysis considers that the cost of furnace protection includes titanium ball cost, fuel consumption cost, pig iron quality cost, output cost and loss auxiliary facility cost. By increasing the proportion of lump ore, the proportion of nut coke into the furnace, improving the level of technical operation and comprehensive management and taking other measures, on the basis of ensuring the stable and smooth of the furnace condition, the technical and economic indexes have been improved continuously. The average fuel ratio is 516.9 kg/t, the average coke rate is 353.2 kg/t and the average daily output is 3 012.5 t/d, the low cost of protecting furnace production is realized.
