摘要
将设备故障率随时间的变化大致分早期故障期、偶发故障期和耗损故障期,创新实施曲线化维修模式,即采用设备故障率曲线分析不同设备维修模式的优缺点,结合设备的实际情况,确定对关键设备采用状态维修方式,对非关键设备等采用计划维修等方式,从而降低设备故障率,节约维修成本。应用后实现了全年较大设备事故为0的目标。
Equipment failure rate changed with time was divided early, random and loss failure period. By the implementation of curve main- tenance mode innovation, the advantages and disadvantages on the equipment failure rate curve were analyzed for different equipment maintenance mode. Combined with the actual situation of the equipment, the state maintenance was determined for the key equipments, plan maintenance was carried out for non critical equipment etc. So the failure rate of equipment and maintenance cost were reduced. After the application, the target of 0 larger equipment accidents was achieved.
