烧结混合机热水系统稳定性改造

摘要 莱钢型钢炼铁厂混合机热水系统运行存在换热效率低,水池墙体墙皮频繁裂纹脱落,水泵系统故障频繁等问题。结合工艺要求及原系统存在的不足,通过蒸汽换热系统优化,水泵改型更换,水泵故障状态备用泵自启动等技术的实施,解决了系统故障频繁的问题,确保了系统稳定运行。 There areproblems of low heat exchange effficiency,the pool wall plaster off and frequent crack faults frequent water pump system for the hot water system of mixing machine of ironworksinLaiwusection steel Combined with the process requirements and the shortcomings of the original system, through the implementation of steam heat exchanger system optimization, pump modification and replacement, pump failure and standby pump self-start, the system frequent failures were solved and the stable operation of the system was ensured.
