Control limits management of inspection for theraw materialstransported into the factoryis practiced, setting principle of control llmits ,judging standards and treatment scheme are discussed. After implementation of inspection control limits for the raw materials, fallout ratio of raw materialstransported into the factoryis reduced from 0.5 per thousand to less than 0.1 per thousand. The quantity of the quality objection was significantly reduced.
