高压开关技术标准体系是开关制造企业的常态化工作内容,企业的标准化水平同科技创新一样是影响产品成本和质量的关键因素。标准化是现代管理的重要手段,良好的技术标准化体系建设是实现企业提质增效和精益化生产的可靠保障。本文将针对高压开关制造企业技术标准体系建设的内容和方法进行简述。
The high-voltage switch technical standards system is a necessary work content of every switch manufacturing enterprise. Like scientific innovation, the standard level of an enterprise is also a key factor that has impact on product quality and cost. Standardization is an important means for modern management. The construction of good technical standards system provides reliable guarantee for achieving improved quality and efficiency and lean manufacturing of enterprises. This paper introduces the content and method of the construction of technical standards system in high-voltage switch manufacturing enterprises.
