慢性肾脏病肾间质纤维化免疫机制研究进展 被引量:28

Advances of immune mechanisms of renal interstitial fibrosis in chronic kidney disease

摘要 肾间质纤维化是慢性肾脏病发展至终末期肾病的共同病理过程,免疫反应及炎性反应在肾间质纤维化过程中发挥重要的调节作用。免疫细胞及细胞因子具有促进纤维母细胞增生、肾小管上皮细胞间质转化的作用,可导致细胞外基质形成过多,肾间质纤维化形成。本文就巨噬细胞、T淋巴细胞和肥大细胞等免疫细胞,转化生长因子-β1、结缔组织生长因子和骨形态发生蛋白-7等细胞因子参与慢性肾脏病肾间质纤维化免疫机制的研究进展作一综述。 Renal interstitial fibrosis is a common pathological process from end-stage renal disease to chronic kidney disease. Immune and inflammatory response plays an important role in renal interstitial fibrosis. Immune cells and cytokines are involved in the initiation and progression of renal interstitial fibrosis, and promote fibroblasts proliferation and renal tubular epithelial-mesenchymal transition, and lead to extracellular matrix formation and tubulointerstitial fibrosis. This paper reviews the resea, cn progress of the mechanisms of the immune cells as macrophages, T lymphocytes and mast cells, and the cytokines as transforming growth factor-β1, connective tissue growth factor and bone morphogenetic protein-7 in the formation of renal interstitial fibrosis
