Iran is the largest country in the Persian Gulf, no matter in hard power or soft power. But the foreign powers intervened deeply, collective security system by the Gulf Cooperation Council and Saudi Arabia＇s influence in the Islamic world, which prevented Iran to act in an arbitrary and reckless manner in the Persian Gulf, but starts game under the strategy of cooperation and peace. While Iran depends on its cal advantage, comprehensive national strength and Shiite influence, fully demonstrated its unique position in the Persian Gulf and the role of regional power.
