摘要
为评价某电动汽车车身的动态特性,搭建了白车身模态分析实验平台,建立了该白车身几何模型,测试了共计268个测点的频率响应函数,对其进行了实验模态分析,得到了前三阶模态的固有频率和振型,通过与设计目标对比发现该白车身动态特性符合设计要求。
In order to evaluate the dynamic characteristics of an electric vehicle body, an experimental platform for modal analysis of body-in-white is set up, the geometry model of body-in-white is established. The frequency response function of 268 measuring points was tested, the experimental modal analysis is carried out. The natural frequencies and vibration modes of the first three modes are obtained. Compared with the design target, the dynamic characteristics of the body-in-white are in line with the design requirements.
