摘要
随着国六标准的发布,其中Ⅳ型蒸发污染物排放试验加严,新增Ⅶ型加油过程蒸发污染物排放试验;这两项试验主要针对燃油系统,这对燃油系统提出非常高的要求,燃油系统的设计具有较大挑战,其中核心零部件碳罐总成的设计至关重要,直接涉及到Ⅳ型和Ⅶ型试验是否合格。文章从碳罐的要求、设计过程、验证过程等方面简述应对国六法规标准的碳罐的设计开发过程。
With the publishing of CHINA VI Emission Standard, the IV type evaporative emissions test become stricter, and VII type refueling evaporative emissions testis newly increased. These two tests are mainly about fuel oil system, which sets high requirements on the fuel system, and makes the design of the fuel system become more challenging, and the design of core components of the total carbon canister become fatal because it has big influences on the qualified results of the IV type and VII type tests. This essay would give a brief introduction on the design and development process of the carbon canister which satisfy the requirements of CHINA VI Emission Standard and Regulations from the following parts: the carbon canister requirements, design process, proof procedure and so on.
