摘要
制动性能是评价汽车主动安全性能的重要标准,而制动器直接影响着制动性能的好坏。文章主要阐述了一款福特翼虎商务车的制动器设计方案。首先是选择制动器的类型。其次,根据已知的汽车参数求得制动系的基本参数。第三,利用制动系的基本参数,对制动器进行具体设计。最后,对所设计的制动器进行磨损、温升、制动效能验算。通过检验分析,发现所得结果符合相关行业标准,可以在正常情况下工作。
Braking performance is an important criterion for evaluating the active safety performance of the vehicle, and thebrake directly affects the braking performance.This paper mainly describes the Ford Kuga commercial vehicle brake design.The first is to select the type of brake.And then based on the known car parameters to obtain the basic data of the brakesystem.Third, make use of the basic parameters of the brake system to design the brake. Finally, check the design of the brakewear, temperature rise, braking efficiency.Through the test analysis, found that the results meet the relevant industrystandards, which can work under normal circumstances.
